We have made our undies to be comfy, made with soft elastic around the edges the won't cut in too much.

We recommend taking your regular pant size.

With styles like High G Undies, if you want them to sit higher on your hips (like we do), take 1 size up.

BRA

The bottom band and bra straps are both high quality elastics and will stretch to fit.

As our bras are soft cup bras with no wire, when choosing your bra size we recommend choosing your underbust size, unless:

• you are a size A cup, take 1 size smaller
• you are a size DD cup, take 1 size bigger
