Shipping

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders for the value of $150 and over.

Orders with a totalling value less than $150 have a flat shipping rate of $10.

All online orders are shipped via Australia Post, who offer carbon neutral delivery.

Order Pick-Up from Provider Store

If you live close to the Sydney Metropolitan area, the legends at Provider Store have offered to be our order pick up location during their opening hours - 381b Riley St, Surry Hills NSW 2010.

So not only will you be able to pick up you order with no shipping costs, you will also have the pleasure of checking out the Sydney treasure that is Provider Store.

Please note we will email you once your order is ready to be picked up.

Returns

Unfortunately we don't offer free returns so please choose carefully.

If you item is underwear, you will not be able to return it, for hygiene reasons unless the product has been deemed faulty.

We don't offer refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully. You can however return your item for a credit note or exchange.

If your item is damaged you will need to send an image to info@thegreatundressed.com - the damage will be assessed by the The Great Undressed team.

If you wish to exchange your item, you may need to pay an additional shipping cost to send your new product out. For more information please email info@thegreatundressed.com

If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused.

Please read care instructions on the care label of our pieces, also please refer to the care information page on our website. If you do not follow care labels, we will not accept responsibility for any damage done.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your item you have a 24 hour window to do so to receive a full refund. Any longer and we will not accept for change of mind.
