Shipping
Shipping costs will be advised at checkout, depending on weight.
Someone must be available at time of delivery to sign for their package otherwise a re-delivery fee my occur.
Returns
Unfortunately we don't offer free returns so please choose carefully.
If you item is underwear, you will not be able to return it, for hygiene reasons unless the product has been deemed faulty.
We don't offer refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully. You can however return your item for a credit note or exchange.
If your item is damaged you will need to send an image to info@thegreatundressed.com - the damage will be assessed by the The Great Undressed team.
If you wish to exchange your item, you may need to pay an additional shipping cost to send your new product out. For more information please email info@thegreatundressed.com
If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused.
Please read care instructions on the care label of our pieces, also please refer to the care information page on our website. If you do not follow care labels, we will not accept responsibility for any damage done.  
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your item you have a 24 hour window to do so to receive a full refund. Any longer and we will not accept for change of mind.
